Utility Intern

The Village of Grafton is seeking candidates for our Utility Intern position for the summer of 2026.
 
The successful candidate will be a current student enrolled in a 2-year associate’s program with a minimum of one semester completed by Spring 2026. They will gain hands-on operator experience while working closely with full-time Utility Operators to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the Village’s water and wastewater systems.
 
This is a full-time seasonal (summer) position with a starting pay rate of $22.13/hr.+, based upon experience. Applicants should anticipate to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays (hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at time-and-a-half).
