About Us

LC Wellness, founded by Laura Cocos, RN, is located inside Oasis MedSpa. The mission is to build a supportive wellness community that helps people thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As a registered nurse, Laura offers medical-grade aesthetic services such as IV hydration, microneedling, and neurotoxin treatments, alongside fitness coaching, personal training, and group workout programs.

LC Wellness empowers women to train through all seasons of life, whether they are beginning their fitness journey, rebuilding strength, or seeking confidence through aesthetics.

Laura also shares her personal story throughout her work, showing that wellness is about building resilience, finding joy, and leaning on community support.
