About Us

Founded in 1996 in Thiensville, we are passionate about specialty coffee that we roast and brew, baked goods, and community cafes. Fiddleheads is known for our excellent coffee roasts. Cupped in our facility ensuring quality, and freshness, warranting only the finest crops are roasted in-house along with our delicious bakery, lunch and breakfast items all prepped and created in-house as well, made with exceptional quality ingredients delivered fresh every day to all of our locations, while providing the absolute best customer service.
Located just south of downtown Grafton on Wisconsin Ave., we are cozily tucked under the 1505 apartments. Our Grafton location offers all of Fiddleheads classic espresso drinks, bakery, breakfast, and lunch offerings. Parking is available along Wisconsin Ave and behind the cafe, in the apartment parking.
