Kager Barbershop located at 1624 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, Wisconsin 53024 is seeking a licensed Barber for a full-time or part-time position. We are a professional, community-driven barbershop focused on precision haircuts, clean fades, beard grooming, and exceptional customer service. This position begins with a commission-based pay structure for the first 90 days to help the right candidate build and establish a strong clientele base, with the opportunity to transition into booth rental after 90 days for increased independence and earning potential. Responsibilities include providing quality haircutting and grooming services, maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation in accordance with Wisconsin state regulations, delivering excellent client consultations, and building lasting client relationships. Qualified candidates must hold an active Wisconsin Barber or Cosmetology License, demonstrate strong fading and blending skills, maintain a professional appearance, and be reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
