Counselor (full-time)

Our non-profit 501(c)3 agency has an opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and dedicated team committed to making a positive difference in the community.

Ozaukee Family Services provides confidential counseling on a sliding fee scale for children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families who are uninsured or under-insured. Counseling services are provided in our office as well as individually and in groups in some area schools.

Qualified candidates will hold a master’s degree in counseling, social work or related human services field with, or working towards, Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, APSW or MFT. Prior experience working with children and adolescents, families, as well as running groups preferred. Hours for this position are flexible (to include one or two evenings per week). Counselors do their own scheduling with clients. Compensation is based on an hourly wage and is not tied to the number of client sessions or insurance reimbursement.
