The Director of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Campus, including staff oversight, marketing, building maintenance and resident services. Assures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and Harvest Home policies and procedures. Responsible for ensuring the Campus meets Harvest Home financial objectives.
