Food and Beverage Manager at The Bog Golf Course
Location: Saukville, WI

We are looking for a leader; self-managed individual that can work in a team setting. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing our customers with a positive experience. The Food and Beverage Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-place orders for food and beverages according to the company purchasing policy

-receive food and beverage deliveries and verify quantity and pricing is correct

-oversee day to day food and beverage operations at The BOG golf course to assure quality

-hiring and training food and beverage staff

-compile monthly schedule and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed

- manage employees to ensure a safe, friendly, and professional experience is provided to our clients

-assist as needed with bartending, wait tables and supply product to the course as requested

-manage outside vendor services on days of events to assure quality and professional services

-work with the banquet captain to assure everything is in order prior to leaving for the day/night when there is an event

-ensure that daily and weekly cleaning is being done, to make sure the facilities are a welcoming place for our patrons

-create professional relationships with members and daily golfers

Interested individuals must have day, night and weekend availability depending on the event schedule.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
