Kohler Credit Union is looking for a Full-Time Floating Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team at our Saukville Branch with travel to our other Southern Branches. Position Overview: As a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, assisting with financial transactions, addressing their banking needs, and recommending products and services that help them achieve their financial goals. Although you will primarily work at our Saukville branch, you may be required to travel to other Southern branches as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing members by helping them meet their financial goals through our wide range of products and services.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to accuracy, service excellence, and member satisfaction.
• Process financial transactions securely and accurately, including cash handling.
• Adhere to established procedures for managing accounts while ensuring compliance and security.
• Communicate professionally with members in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Travel to various branches as needed to support member needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the goals of Kohler Credit Union.
• Sales Experience: If you have prior sales experience, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your skills to suggest additional products and services that align with our members' financial needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, and sales or cash handling experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong math skills and proficiency with computers.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel between branches and work rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to Noon.
• Compliance: Ability to follow industry regulations and maintain security standards.
