Treasures of Oz Eco-Tour/Science Expo
Discover Your Watershed! Treasures of Oz is a cross between an eco-tour and a science expo. Enjoy excursions into 6 beautiful and diverse natural areas and learn about Ozaukee’s beautiful watershed through real-life experience and interaction with top science docents. Topics range from green civic planning to bug hotels, birds, critters, fish, prairies and healthy soils. This event is always a great opportunity for learning about nature, birding, photography, finding new recreational opportunities and simply enjoying some of the best natural treasures in Oz. Discover the 2017 Treasure Sites Scientists and naturalists will engage you with tours and activities on topics including green civic planning to bug hotels, birds, critters, fish, prairies and healthy soils. End with food, music, and silent auction at Forest Beach Migratory Preserve. Trade passport stamps for free raffle tickets. Details at www.treasuresofoz.org.
