The Home Creamery Part II: Feta and Mozzarella
Join home cheese maker Linda Conroy for this fun and inspiring class. In this program we will make feta cheese and fresh mozzarella. Everyone will have the opportunity to participate in the cheese making process. Instruction, samples, recipes and cheese to take home are included. Cost: $58 by 4/17, $63 thereafter
