The Home Creamery Part I: Cultured Milk and Fresh Cheese
Join home cheese maker Linda Conroy for this fun and inspiring class. Making cultured milk (i.e. yogurt, kefir and piima) and fresh cheese in your own kitchen is easy and fun. Participants will learn to make cultured milk and several varieties of simple cheese including fromage blanc, whole milk ricotta and a simple spreadable cheese. Everyone will take home a culture to get them started as well as cheese that we make in class. Instruction, samples and cheese are all included. Cost: $58 by 3/27, $63 thereafter. If purchasing Class 1 and Class 11 (4/23/16) cost is $110.00
