The Fermentorium LaClare Farms Goat Cheese and Beer Pairing
When you pair the oldest inspired agriculture product with cheese made from the earliest domesticated animal, the pairing is not only delicious, but nearly primal... The Fermentorium welcomes LaClare Farms and special guest Peanut (the pet goat) for a beer pairing tailored specifically to small-batch Wisconsin goats milk cheese. Cheese will be cut, Trivia prizes won, taps will run, and peanut will realize his true potential.
