Taste of Wellspring
The Taste of Wellspring is our annual fundraiser held to generate support for Wellspring's educational initiatives and community outreach programs. For the event, chefs from the local, regional area get creative and serve up gourmet dishes featuring Wellspring?s produce, accompanied by local, sustainably sourced meats and dairy products. Live music and a silent auction are also part of the event to make for an evening full of local food and fun! At 3pm, enjoy live music by Embedded Reporter, silent auction, hayrides, and a "walkind salad bar tour." Dinner and program will begin at 5pm. This year's amazing menue includes: --Appetizers: Caprese Skewers by Stephani Ulma, Grasshopper. --Soup: Butternut Squash Bisque by Dave Jurena, Soup Market. --Salad: Autumn Salad by Tony Koebel, The Norbert. --Entree: Beef Bourbuignon by Peter Sandroni, LaMerenda. --Side Dish: Turkish Stuffed Eggplant by Karen Gill, Down to Earth Chef --Side Dish: Riced Cauliflower by Eric Fix, Out and Out Catering --Dessert: Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding by Greg Leon, Amilinda Free parking will be available at the Newburg Fireman?s Park with a Free Shuttle to the festivities at Wellspring.
