Stepping On- Falls Prevention Series

Join us at Aurora Grafton Hospital in our Ortho Conference Room for a seven week evidence-based falls prevention educational series. This session is being offered in collaboration between the Ozaukee Aging Resource and Disability Center and the Aurora Medical Center Grafton.

Eligibility: Adults 60 years or older, who live at home or in an independent apartment, do not use a walker/wheelchair full-time, and do not have dementia or cognitive impairment.

*Registration is required. Please note, there is a $10.00 fee
