Self-confessed “candyaholic” Lindsay Erickson started GetHappy as a kiosk at the Mayfair Mall in 2011. Today, she operates seven stores across southeastern Wisconsin and Illinois, and continues to grow through online retail. Lindsay is now a certified chocolatier and the boss to over 70 employees. Her stores sell over 80 different types of gummy candies from places like Spain and Germany, as well as other confections made inhouse, including caramel apples and fine chocolates.
