Wisconsin 4-H is a youth development program of the University of Wisconsin-Extension in partnership with state, federal and county government in each Wisconsin county. 4-H programs provide opportunities for youth to learn leadership, citizenship and life skills in family oriented, coeducational programs that include youth of all ages.
