Novice Pheasant Hunt
The hunt starts with a trap shoot to warm up, prepare and meet experienced hunter/mentors. Attendees will view a demonstration of dog handling with both pointing and flushing dogs. Hunters will go into the field with a mentor, dog and dog handler to hunt live pheasants. The event, which includes breakfast & lunch, is free to all participants. Registration is required by December 7. Participants must be at least 12 years of age and have completed hunter’s safety. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied to the event by a parent or guardian to sign waivers. For further information contact Bill Buchholz at 262-375-4179 or email terbil@live.com.
