Mind-Body Boot Camp
MIND-BODY BOOT CAMP - The balance between rest and movement. Class will start off with mindful breathing exercises and a dynamic warm up, then progress to bodyweight cardio and strength intervals, finishing with a cool down and stretch. Creating rest in the mind and movement in the body.
