Memory Screens presented by Ozaukee County ADRC

Do you wonder if memory changes you are experiencing are normal for your age? Make an appointment for a 15-20 minute memory screen and find out! The Memory Screen consists of questions and tasks designed to screen for memory, language skills, and thinking abilities. The screener who administers the exam will review the results with the person being screened, and suggest whether the person should follow up with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional for more extensive testing.
