Saturdays 9:15-10:15AM Oct 6th - Nov 10th
Come work out with your little one! They will be your partner and your resistance during bodyweight exercises designed to help strengthen the changes of having a baby.
Open to all moms with children 4 and under. Never to early to start Family Fitness Fun!
*Pre-registration is required.
*$55 for the six week session
