Volunteer recruitment strategies that really work!
What nonprofit doesn’t want to improve volunteer recruitment efforts? Volunteers fill a key role in running organizations, handling day-to-day tasks, and raising funds. Together we will learn to pool our resources and review your volunteer recruitment plan. Reviewing the balance of systems, programs, technology with the connectivity of what volunteers really want. This session will provide you with time to strategize for your upcoming year, address proven techniques of recruitment (on a small or large scale) and we will engage collaboratively with team activities to employ recruitment expertise. You will leave with new thoughts to put in place and/or confirm what you’re currently doing and if it needs just a little more time or tweaking. A little something for all levels of volunteer expertise.
Bring your lunch - and your questions for Lori Hayes from United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County as we learn new strategies to recruit volunteers.
