Herbal Remedies for Winter Blues
Many people experience the winter blues. Herbs can help to increase energy and to chase away the blues. This session will focus on the nervous system herbs (nervines) and approaches to preparing them. Participants will take home an elixir that we prepare in class. (Part of the Will Food Wild Medicine Fall Herbal Series) $136 for the entire 4 class series. $38 by 11/11, $42 after.
