Freezer Meal Workshop

Freezer meals make dinner so much easier, as well as, healthy and delicious. The instructor will provide the ingredients necessary for the freezer bag, as well as, necessary supplies such as labels, bags, and recipes. The vegetables and canned goods will be pre-washed and pre-cut per recipe requirements for your convenience. Participants will assemble their bags which involves reading recipes and measuring ingredients with the assistance of the instructor. No cutting or clean up required! Participants will provide their own meat protein for each meal, as well as, any ingredients needed on cook day (cooking oil, noodles, or cheese). These items do not need to be brought to class. Meals average four to six servings and $3.00 per serving. This workshop will be Simple Sheet Pan recipes: Sausage & Gnocchi, Greek-Style Chicken, Herbed Chicken & Veggies, Sweet Garlic Chicken or Pork
