FREE Class - Are They Safe? Talking to Friends and Family about Suicide and How to Help
Warning: Suicidality can be a sensitive and/or triggering topic for some people.
Talking about tough topics, like suicide, can feel overwhelming. It can be hard to know what to say, or how, or when to say it. Learn how to recognize the warning signs and what to do if you are worried about someone you know. You’ll receive practical information on how you can help those you care about. We will discuss myths of suicide, risk factors, warning signs, and how to help. Facilitated by OFS counselor Taylor Carter.
