Fall Roots, Deep Down Medicine and Food
During this session we will specifically look at roots for food and medicine. We will identify the healing qualities of roots in general, as well as specific roots. Everyone will take home a root preparation and instructions on how to use it at home for winter health. (Part of the Will Food Wild Medicine Fall Herbal Series) $136 for the entire 4 class series. $38 by 10/28, $42 after.
