Essential Oils 101
Want to learn more about essential oils and the variety of their uses? Come to this Essential Oils 101 class at the Grafton Public Library taught by Emily Johnson, OB RN. Essential Oils are a subtle, aromatic liquids extracted from flowers, seeds, leaves, stems, brushes, and trees through distillation. In this class, you will learn about eleven of the most versatile essential oils. They are used for everything from pampering yourself to supporting your immune system and detoxifying your home. At the class, there will be oils for you to sample, tools for you to learn about, and answers for your questions.
