The Concept Café is a monthly discussion group that will make you think about your stance on a variety of topics. The topic changes every month. This month's topic is:

"Too big to fail" is a common buzzword on the news these days. Is there a point in which systems can become too big to manage? All are welcome to come discuss the topic and enjoy some coffee and cookies.
