Concept Cafe

The Concept Café is a monthly discussion group that will make you think about your stance on a variety of topics.  The topic changes every month.  This month's topic will be-Is the United States at the beginning of the end??  With the economy still in recovery and gridlock still the norm in Washington, is the United States at the beginning of its end?
