This is a 6-week childbirth education series for couples birthing in a hospital, taught by Kat Chronis, registered nurse and certified childbirth educator.
Class covers: Birth Physiology Variations of Labor, Comfort Measures, Labor Practice, Common Tests and Procedures Avoiding a Cesarean, Birth Plans Relaxation, and so much more!
