Art & Nature Workshop

A Collaborative Workshop at Riveredge Nature Center with the Cedarburg Art Museum. Engage both sides of your brain in this class that pairs art and nature instruction. 9:30-11:30am: Riveredge Senior Naturalist, Mandie Zopp will take participants on a guided journey through the Riveredge sanctuary. You will discover the beauty of nature both large and small discovering glacial landscapes and tiny water critters. 11:30am-12:30pm: Lunch (bring your own). 12:30-4pm: Artist James Hempel will guide you in an afternoon of plein air painting or nature sketching as you draw inspiration from the wide variety of natural beauty around you. All skill levels welcome.
